Welcome to Tasuku. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tasuku website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
Tasuku is owned and operated by Tasuku Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). We provide a platform that allows users to earn rewards by completing various activities such as surveys, offers, games, and other tasks.
Throughout these Terms, we use certain defined terms:
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use our Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Each user is permitted to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated Points or Rewards.
Users can earn Points by completing various activities offered through our Services, such as surveys, offers, games, and other tasks. The number of Points awarded for each activity is determined by us and may vary based on factors such as the complexity and time commitment of the activity.
Points can be redeemed for Rewards according to the redemption rates and options available at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove Reward options at any time without notice.
Reward redemptions are typically processed within 24-48 hours for digital rewards and 1-2 weeks for physical rewards. However, processing times may vary, and we do not guarantee any specific timeframe for the delivery of Rewards.
Points may expire if your account is inactive for a period of 180 consecutive days. An account is considered inactive if you do not log in or complete any activities during this period.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Tasuku Inc. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless you have our written permission or such restrictions are prohibited by law.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our Services. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, but no security system is impenetrable. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee the availability of specific Rewards or redemption options. Rewards may be subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tasuku. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasuku and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you may forfeit any accumulated Points or pending Rewards.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.
